Product:The company’s main products include taphole ramming mixes, dry gunning mixes, hearth lining materials, hot metal ladle castables, spray coatings, ramming pastes, plastic refractories, and various other unshaped refractory materials designed for use in submerged arc furnaces and mineral heat furnaces.
Scale:Currently, there are 2 automated production lines: the water-free gunning mix line with an annual designed capacity of 70,000 tons, and the unshaped refractory materials line, which has an annual designed capacity of 100,000 tons.
R&D:The company places great emphasis on investing in research and development, focusing on new materials while benchmarking against international leaders. We continuously embrace cutting-edge technologies, giving us a distinct edge in innovative processes and next-generation materials—and we’ve already secured multiple national invention patents. Inside our R&D center, we boast comprehensive testing equipment as well as independently developed analytical and characterization instruments that meet world-class standards.
