Customized Solutions: Tailored to Each Furnace, Perfectly Matched

Each blast furnace operates under its own unique conditions. Kexin Furnace Materials adheres to the principle of "one furnace, one tailored solution," deeply addressing customers' pain points and specific needs—centering around two core product categories: taphole materials and gunning mixtures. Backed by a robust big data platform, we deliver comprehensive, customized services designed to meet every client’s requirements.

Customized Raw Materials and Formulations

Iron channel material: We rigorously control the quality of raw materials and, based on customer-specific parameters such as blast furnace volume, tapping temperature, slag-to-iron ratio, and slag composition, scientifically design a tailored formulation to ensure optimal material performance.

Coke Mud Products: Deeply tailored to the unique operational conditions of each blast furnace, these products are designed to address variations in furnace status, feed-grade quality, smelting temperature, tapping equipment, and the chemical composition of slag and iron. By precisely adjusting raw material selection criteria and formulation ratios, we achieve an optimal balance between the mud's plasticity, sinterability, and erosion resistance—ensuring perfect alignment with the specific demands of blast furnace operations.

Customized Construction and Maintenance Solutions

Performance-focused customization

Iron channel materials: Flexibly adjust product properties such as wear resistance, erosion resistance, or high-temperature durability based on varying smelting process requirements (e.g., low-silicon molten iron, frequent tapping, or extremely high molten iron temperatures), ensuring they meet the demands of diverse application scenarios.

Gun mud products: Custom-designed to deliver core performance tailored for specific operating conditions—focusing on enhanced corrosion resistance for high-sulfur molten iron, strengthening crack resistance to meet frequent tapping demands, and offering high-volume-stability gun mud specifically formulated for large blast furnaces, preventing deformation of the tapping spout while comprehensively addressing the diverse needs of different furnace applications.

Customized Construction and Maintenance Solutions

Iron Gully End: Providing technical guidance throughout the entire process—from cleaning the gully and pouring to baking—and conducting pre-job training for construction personnel. We clearly outline key control points at critical stages to ensure materials perform optimally.

Gun mud end: Develop standardized procedures for opening and sealing the tap hole, and determine the optimal temperature and duration for gun mud coking, solidification, and sintering based on the iron tapping schedule. Regularly inspect the condition of the gun mud on-site, and use this data—combined with iron tapping statistics—to refine subsequent processes and adjust formulations, ultimately extending the stability period of the tap hole.
