Job Responsibilities
1. Participate in the research and development of new products related to the company’s inorganic non-metallic materials, developing rational R&D plans based on market demands and the company’s strategic goals, and then overseeing their implementation.
2. Responsible for technically improving and optimizing existing production processes to enhance productivity, reduce manufacturing costs, and ensure the consistent quality and reliability of products.
3. Monitor industry technology trends, gather and analyze relevant technical information, and provide valuable insights to support the company’s technological innovation and product upgrades.
Job Requirements
1. Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or higher, majoring in inorganic non-metallic materials, materials science, engineering, or a related field.
2. Work Experience: Must have at least 2 years of relevant work experience in the field of inorganic non-metallic materials, with a solid understanding of material preparation processes and performance testing procedures.
